Access and modify site data and cache for chrome

So i want to be able to change stuff like variables and generally saved site data from chrome (or another browser for that matter) for testing purposes. On pc there are a multitude of ways to accomplish this but i havent been able to find anything for android. Anyone know of an app or way to modify stuff like cookies, saved site data and cache for chrome content?
