Requesting assistance in factory resetting Nobis 9 tablet.

Greetings,

I have a Nobis 9 Tablet that I'm looking to try and factory reset to normal.

None of the following methods work: reset button behind tablet, Power Volume button to factory reset, wipe cache, wipe media.

Everytime I try a factory reset, it gets stuck on the Formatting /data portion and sits there.

I was wondering if anyone could point in the direction of downloading the official 4.1 OS for tablets. I'm hoping that if I can load it on an SD Card, maybe it will fix the issue.

Or if anyone has any experience with this tablet, any and all help is greatly appreciated.
