Hello,

I work in a chain of telecom stores and have run into something I don't know how to solve. My admittedly basic Google-Fu has failed me, and you, /r/AndroidQuastions, are my last hope!

After repair and a software update, the Samsung G361 Galaxy Core Prime VE has returned to the store with a brand new release of Samsung's Android software. The issue I'm running into is the fact that it asks me for the last synch'd Google Account. The problem is, my customer doesn't know the Google Account anymore.

I've tried a hard reset through the button combination and contacting Samsung Support. Sadly they were of less use than my Google-Fu. I currently have a line out to the repair center, but I was hoping you people could help me out in the mean time.
