My "switch off" button for Waze doesn't show up in the notifications bar anymore. Galaxy s5 stock.

Other apps are doing the same. It used to ask me if I would like to close an app or not in my notifications bar. Now it doesn't. Uninstalled/reinstalled waze and it showed up for a second then went away.
