Somebody has given me a shitty Android tablet to fix, they have locked themselves out of it and it needs a factory reset. I can't get it to go into recovery mode.
I've never even heard of these things before and the website is useless. The tablet, according to the markings, is a neoCore Elite.
I've tried Power Vol-Up, Power Vol-Down, Power Vol-Up Vol-Down, Power Menu, Power Esc, Power Menu Vol-Up... and so on, to no effect.
It shows a splash screen (2 small images of Tux) then powers off.
I can boot to Android but I can't do anything once I get there.
Any ideas? Adb/Fastboot don't pick it up, I'm stumped and would smash it with a hammer if it was mine.
