Did the downgrade have to be this bad?

Post Body
I switched from the s10 to the s21 , and it has been and will be the worst experience I have with a phone. Sure, it loads a tiny bit faster and has a bit of a better display... but that's all. It has a weaker service connection, constantly losing service when I go too far back into a store. They removed a bunch of quality of life things... and why? And lastly, the screen is glass and SO much weaker. I drop it from a FOOT off the ground and the whole screen is cracked... what is this?
