How to get past gestyy crap.

Trying to download ports from site like sensetiveusername, cause there's tons of good stuff and get sucked into a loop of gestyy ads and cannot ever get to a download. Am I doing something wrong? I don't remember it being that hard before. (That's what she said) lol
