So I have been having trouble receiving some text messages from the same person. It has persisted over a couple phones on my end, which tells me that it is on her end, but she is not the most tech savvy so I figured I would make the post. She is using the Galaxy s10e, I went from an s7 to a Pixel 3. What is happening is that occasionally she will send me a text and I will not end up receiving it. Most of the time this occurs when it is a large sized message, however it has happened on smaller ones as well. I have run her through the typical tech support steps (power cycling, deleting the contact and making a new one, etc) and I have reached the extent of my google-fu trying to figure this out which brought me here. Any help is appreciated.
