For the last few days my phone will randomly freeze then restart at different times throughout the day. On Tuesday night it got to the point where it was stuck in a boot loop and had to take my phone to a tech shop, they guy deleted and replaced the software and this seemed to sort the issue yesterday. My phone has restarted this morning and tonight but so far no boot loops.

I can't pin the restarts to any specific app as it has happened when in Gmail, Facebook and even when I'm not using the phone.

I have ensured scheduled restarts are turned off and even took my phone cover off today incase this was causing the phone to overheat.

Has anyone had a similar issue? Can anyone shed any light on this and anything I can do to sort the issue?
