I need help. My Samsung Galaxy S21 has been experiencing ghost touches EVERY SINGLE DAY for a couple of weeks. Sometimes it's once a day, sometimes it's off and on all day but it makes my phone nearly impossible to use when it does this. It can take 5 minutes to write out a single sentence because I have to keep going back to correct the errors the phone adds into what I wrote.

Sometimes it won't respond to my touch at all, sometimes it adds extra letters or punctuation from near the area I was typing, sometimes it adds letters or completes actions from nowhere near where I was typing.

Restarting my phone does not help, cleaning the screen sometimes helps but other times does not so I'm not sure there's any correlation there. I'm at a loss but I can't deal with this much longer. I've done Google searches but am coming up empty. Below is an example of what it looks like when I just type out a message without going back and correcting things:
