Hey r/Android, Apple guy here with a legitimate question.
Post Body

Why aren't you more open to the idea of the iPhone and Jailbreaking?

You all love being able to customize your phones and do whatever you what with it right? Almost every software advantage Android has over iOS can be solved through Jailbreaking, just like you guys do with rooting your phones to be able to do something simple like take a screen shot. (or can you do that now?)

Do you just hate Apple or iTunes so much that you won't even consider it.

I realize for some there are hardware limitations of the iPhone they can't live without, like no SD card slot or removable battery. I just don't see the advantages of those things when you have 32gb of storage and all day battery life.

Now don't get me wrong I really like some things about Android and am glad to see that iOS is starting to borrow from it. But I also don't think there is the same quality and consistency of experience using Android as with iOS.
