Accidentally hard reset by just Pressing 3 Buttons? (LG 500p)

I was trying to launch the phone(LG500p) with recovery mod. Held Power Home Volume up.
A screen showing a Loading bar showed up, 2 minutes later the phone rebooted after being hard reset.
Is this normal? or could it be that my cellphone company screwed it up that bad? They DID push in atleast 15 System apps, And disabled ADB connection.
Can anyone else with a LG500p Confirm it's Not like that?
P.S. Any chance of decrypting old .DM files? (DRM Encrypted MP3 files. Yes, I was shocked too when i heard such thing exists)
