Post Body
I wanted to post this since I've been having an issue with my shared G Suite calendar not syncing events that are recurring. It's been a huge issue, as I can't rely on my calendar for notifications or planning my day.
It seems like it is fairly widespread and has been going on for a while. Turns out, there is a workaround that somehow works:

I'm not sure if I found a workaround, or the app suddenly started working, but here's what I did. (After trying all tips found online AND just about every random thing I could think of)
1. On the web version, I created a new calendar named "Test".
2. Refreshed Android app to show "Test" calendar.
3. On App, created new Event on Test calendar.
4. Set it to repeat every day, starting in 5 minutes with a notification 2 minutes prior, for test purposes. (Refreshed, no change)
5. Made new Event, with same parameters, but this time I left the NAME BLANK.
6. Saved event and refreshed the App.
7. The new Event showed on both the Web and Android App.
8. I then opened the event on the App and gave it a name.
9. I refreshed again and it was still there. (Notification worked)
10. All my other repeating Events then miraculously appeared on my Android App.
I guess any one or some combination of these steps may have shaken the app into working, but I'm not digging any further to find out. My calendar app now works. I'm done.
