Has anybody else become completely addicted to the app "A World of Photo"?
Post Body

Edit: I figure I'll note this ahead of time since some people are getting confused, this app is on Android only.

I've been absolutely obsessed with this app since I first downloaded a while ago and figured I'd share the love since it has since been buried pretty deep in the flood of applications that have come onto the market.

It's super simple. You let the program run in the background when you feel like doing something passively entertaining and it'll pair you up randomly with someone somewhere else in the world. It can be as close as a city away and as far as across the globe. From there, you are tasked to spontaneously take a photo for them and send it their way. After they've received and rated your photo, the system chooses a partner who is tasked to take a spontaneous photo for you and so on.

I've seen sunsets from other parts of the world, beach scenes in winter, nighttime cityscapes - you name it. I've sent photos of my friends and I cooking out on the rooftop of a 15 story building in Chicago, a photo from the front of a cruise ship, a shot in the mountains. There's something incredibly personal and gratifying about the whole thing because the photo is made specifically for you on the spot since it must be taken immediately and old photos cannot be selected.

Sure, as with any anonymous photo-swapping thing, there are lame guys looking to show off their junk to unsuspecting people and idiots begging for topless shots, but the interesting stuff FAR outweighs the crap.
