I keep hearing from Android blogs and commenters about their disappointment about not getting the new Nexus Launcher with the 7.0 release. Meanwhile, I got it with my update...
No, I didn't have the APK side loaded beforehand. It came with the update for my Nexus 6P. Of course it's not the complete version (no Google Now on left page and no ribbon connecting Google logo to that page), but it's the launcher with the new folder layout, the new app drawer, the permanent clock and the new Google button.
Did anyone else get that with their Nougat update, or am I special?
EDIT: OK, got screenshots. Like I said, I didn't install the APK ahead of time (or at all) on this phone.
