If Android evolved into a Window/Mac/Linux PC type software, would you use it?

What I mean is, since many games/software are for PC's, like Skyrim, for example, if Android got developed enough to run high graphics games with a good user interface, and game maker support, would you switch from a Mac/Windows/Linux operating system? What would you want in an Android-based PC? And if games aren't enough, what software/hardware would make you want to switch?
