Dwarven Knowledge submod and Gor Burad help!

So playing as the Arg Ordstrum dwarves i conquered the Gor Burad (Volcano) Hold. I now get an event saying everything is burning and you need to use the Research Center to fix the problems, but I only see Runesmith patronage and Rail options when I use the RC. Am I missing something or is that province just perma on fire?
