Wrist pain but unsure if it is tendon

Directly below the tendon there is pain, and Iām not sure if this is just the third and smallest extension of the tendon into the palmar bones or if it may be something different?

Superficially, you also have the Palmaris Longus that originates at the medial epi and travels to the Palmar Aponeurosis.
Have you ever had problems with your thumb, index and middle finger before?
