I'm thinking of more economically unstable populations in the global south where there are LGBTQ and femme civil bodies trying to bloom against the opposition of antithetical state regimes and, moreover, oppression by their families and friends. I'm talking ostracization, estrangement, brutality, stoning, machetes, and honor killings. Which are not as tangible in the realm antifa usually occupies but is still just as real. I see that the ideals of antifa can make it a useful tool in these nations and communities, but I'm struggling to make direct theoretical connections.
