There is this icecream truck which drives through my neighborhood at least 3 times a day (counted 6 times today), 7 days a week, broadcasting extremely loud and extremely annoying sounds. The noise level is enough that it wakes me up every time, despite wearing earplugs and having a fan running.
I consider the above an act of aggression (relationship forced upon me against my desire), and significant enough in quantity to justify a response. Would you consider it justified if I filed a tort claim against him and enforced that claim, or used proportional force to prevent his activities?
edit: Tempers seem to have flared already... :/ It's just a question, no need to get all riled up.
edit2: Reworded a sentence for clarity, which previously read "Would you consider it justified if I sent my security company to intimidate them, or filed a tort claim against them?"
