ANCAP Solution to Vanguard, Blackrock, and Blackstone

With recent news coming to light about these companies and their predatory practices and unlimited funds in the housing market. What is the ANCAP solution to something like this? Obviously ending the Fed, but what are some other solutions in a free market? How do you compete with endless supply of money on the other side?

If you do not know, these companies are the reason why most housing markets are way overvalued. They are buying up properties in towns and turning them into renter properties. Think "You will own nothing."
