White marks on all of my negatives?

Post Body

I developed my first 2 rolls of film tonight, and it went well, except for one issue. I developed both rolls seperately, as one was Ilford HP5 and the other was Kodak Tri X 400. The Kodak negatives came out beautifully, nothing wrong with them except for human error on my part. The HP5 negatives are littered with white marks all over the entire roll though, and I can't figure out what caused it. I used the same tank, the same chemistry, same camera, the same everything as I did with the Kodak, and yet it didn't happen with that roll, only the HP5. Here's some of the scans I took of the HP5: https://imgur.com/a/4JCm72I Some of my Tri X scans: https://imgur.com/a/KwK4uKj
