Few weeks ago I realised there are light leak (https://imgur.com/a/cuD3Ewx ) in my Mamiya M645J, then I replaced all the light seals at the film back (https://imgur.com/a/2xukQrj).

I shot one roll of Ektar 100, all is good, no light leak.

Then today I received the developed Portra 400, one photo in the middle of the roll has the issue (https://imgur.com/a/4ZS3nlL) again.

I then replaced the foam at the front of the camera (https://imgur.com/a/S1duhPY).

I would if there are any more place in the camera that would cause the light leak? I really wanna solve the issue from the root. Please advise, thanks!
