Odd blemish in photos with lens. What is it?

Question for you all.

I am seeing an odd blemish, very faint, in the top left corner of images I take with my 50mm 1.8 lens. I highlighted it. Lens was cleaned as part of sending off my camera for a CLA. I also wiped it with lens wipes, and I cannot see any sort of blemish examining the glass (aperture wide) in the light.

Anyone seen something like this before? I'm hoping it isn't fungus? I'm pretty sure it is the lens because photos with my other lenses don't contain the anomaly.
