Looking for help on whether this yashica mat is worth buying

Found a yashica mat on FB marketplace for $200CAD, asked for a few pics of the lens/ viewfinder and this is what they sent. Just wondering if anyone can identify if there's any serious issues, the lens looks dusty to my eye but admittedly in fairly new to photography and would very easily miss obvious problems. If theres anything I could ask the seller to get a better idea of the condition I'd appreciate suggestions!
