I have plenty of nice EF L lenses for my 5D Mark II and IV, and I'm considering picking up a fairly priced EOS film camera for fun. This seems like an affordable and reasonable way to instantly have a professional film setup.

I'm considering the EOS 1N (HS), the EOS-3, or the EOS 1V. The latter two being the more expensive options. Size doesn't really bother me, in fact I would prefer a grip for portrait shots.

Started by looking at the A2e or Elan II/7, but figured I may as well go big or go home, since they are all relatively affordable, and the A2/A2e/EOS-5 have known issues.

I have not personally used any of these, yet.

Any recommendations or insights?
