Need help testing my shutter

I recently got a Pentacon Six and I would like to test the shutter speeds on it, as Im not really sure if they run accurately or not. The best tool at my disposal is my iPhone 12 which can shoot slow motion at up to 240 FPS. The problem Is that the Pentacon has a large rolling shutter and since it doesn’t open up all at once Im unsure how to tell the actual times. It would be nice if someone could help me with this.
