This may be an odd question? Not sure if anyone here has this knowledge haha.

So Iāve noticed that I see a lot of assholes on here that are more āoutieā I guess? Not quite sure how to describe it. Mine on the other hand seems to be more of an āinnieā. Specifically if you look at my pics youāll notice the membrane of skin I have thatās almost like a flap right where my taint is. I see a lot of you donāt have that and itās more of a smooth transition to your asshole.
My question is: my goal is to attain external puffy lips, am I even capable of having that happen?
