Sooooo... In summary, I'm scared to leave it in for too long because I don't want pain on the way out. Also, I've been going very slow and I have been listening to my body but I made a lot more progress than usual today; I learnt how to open my butt. After doing this, I fiddled around with my usual in-out stretching routine; stopping not long after. There was more blood than usual. I didn't feel more pain beyond a slightly deeper stretch and I've been very careful; it took me around 3 weeks to train to get it in. Did I do something wrong? Is stretching every day too much? Can I keep going tomorrow or am I likely to badly injure myself? How long until I can leave it in without the fear of pain on the way out?😝
