We need a new word.

The english language has a major deficiency describing AnalSex. EVERY word we have is either a slur (e.g. buggery), euphemism (e.g. backdoor), or clinical (e.g. sodomy). All the analsex I have had in my life as been as an act of love between consenting adults. What we need is a word that describes Anal Sex as a "Loving" act.
Your ideas and suggestions in the comments please.
