I'll go first:

I have hyperspermia, and I don't want children. I can wear normal condoms but they are insufficient at containing the amount of semen I produce. I ejaculate roughly around a 1/3 to 1/2 cup (75ml to 110ml) or so of semen when I come. As time went on and worries about pregnancies kept happening, I leaned more and more towards anal sex (you can't get her butt pregnant). Fortunately, my medical condition tends to lend itself very well towards anal sex. I can keep my partners well lubricated (sometimes to the point of causing mini-enemas from all the cum😅). This coupled with the intensity and often "slow-burn" nature of my partners' orgasms from anal had me always wanting to make them come like that. It's like watching the universe being created. Feeling their entire being relax and melt into a puddle of pure, primal physical ecstasy. Vaginal orgasms are nice, like seeing fireworks. Anal orgasms are like watching all the stars in the sky go fucking supernova... who wouldn't want to make someone feel like that??
