My other half bought me a squarepeg plug, I think it’s the egg? It’s size L and oh my is it big! I’ve only managed to get it in once and I think it was because we’d played pretty intensely for a week or so and I was able to take it. But since then I’m struggling! I think it’s because all I have is water based lube (Lubido). We do have Liquid Silk but I find this causes a bit of a reaction if any gets in/on my vagina/vulva area.

The issue with the water based lube is that as I’m trying to put it in, it just all kinda gets shoved off and down! I looked on the squarepeg site and they say silicone lube is fine with these toys, but just wanted to try something tried and tested? I’m in the UK.

We would like me to be able to wear the plug for a while at a time, and I know water based lube is best for this, but can you use both? I wondered about using the wee lube launcher syringe we have for the water based and shoving that in before inserting the plug using silicone based. Any thoughts?
