Question about anal and pregnancy

Me and my husband are planning to try for a baby this year and I was wondering how pregnancy will affect anal. I clean all the way up to my colon just about every time and I'm wondering if I'll still be able to do that when I'm pregnant or if it will cause water to get trapped deep inside more easily. Any one on this sub who have children have personal experience with this?
