Always Leaving Spots in Pants

Hi everyone, I had a fistulaotomy on Oct 31, 2023. Everything went good and I felt like I healed properly, minus one thing. I seem to ALWAYS leave a little spot on my shorts, or jeans, or whatever I’m wearing. It’s like my BH is wet at all times. Is this a sign of another fistula or what’s going on? It’s annoying to say the least. It makes wearing light colored shorts or jeans difficult as it looks like I have sharted myself if I sit down for a minute. Has anyone experienced similar?
