Post-Surgery Lump Concern - Infection or Fistula Recurrence?

Hi everyone,

I'm seeking some advice and insight here. About 4 weeks ago, I had surgery, and recently, I've noticed a lump exactly on the area of the stitches. The lump is red and tender to the touch, but I don't feel any pain unless I touch it. There's no discharge coming from it either.

I'm worried it might be infected or that the fistula might be coming back. Has anyone experienced something similar? I really don't want to go through another surgery. Any advice or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated!
