For those of you who don't know, in a nutshell, NRx is an anti-democratic and anti-egalitarian movement that actually evolved from anarcho-capitalism and Austrian School. (Its father, Mencius Moldbug, came out of Hoppeanism.)
It is very broad and variable socially, economic and civically (though a good chunk of followers fall on the far-right of all of these), but "reactionary" in terms of political rights - i.e., democracy sucks, people should not have the right to vote, and real power should be aligned as closely as possible with ownership. (One person described the post-libertarian brand of NRx as "Absolute freedom in all areas except politics.")
Like I said, it is a broad movement, but the flagship brand of NRx (advocated by Moldbug himself) is called Neocameralism, sometimes nicknamed "joint-stock feudalism", which basically views the state itself as a private institution, and that it should be managed as a normal joint-stock corporation whose investors elect a CEO-King.
I think you'll find a more extensive summary of NRx here on Polcompball Wiki (and one of Neocameralism here as well).
