Hi everyone! I am curious of the Amtrak Travel Agents since I saw that its remote, I have vast experience in customer service been working in retail for 15 years and ready to move on from there. Anyways I do support Passenger Rail and want to see it expanded and more frequency like the good old days.
I tried to apply for the Amtrak Travel agent but most of the jobs I see there are for the west coast or in Australia which is a bummer because I am in the east coast, but I can work remote. Also, I am planning on enrolling to the university and want to leave Retail for good. I don't like Retail.
I am planning on going back to university for Engineering. And I got a Master's degree recently graduated since last year and been trying to find something else.
