I’m thinking about traveling on either the 4th or the 5th of July. Unfortunately I have no choice but to ride the Texas Eagle from Little Rock to Dallas (a train which apparently has a history of constant delays). I’m deciding whether I should traveling 3-11 AM on the 4th or the 5th, and I remembered it’s Independence Day. Are delays more likely to happen around July 4th, if so should I travel on the 5th?
