Open Monuments Day- this weekend

Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 September is Open Monuments Day (Open Monumentendag). On that day, 30 beautiful Amsterdam monuments will open their doors to you free of charge. There are also 4 cycling and walking routes through the city.
This year, Open Monumentendag is different. The focus is not on the city centre, but on the municipalities that Amsterdam occupied 100 years ago. The theme is therefore: ‘Buiten buurten'.
During Open Monumentendag you can visit 30 monuments for free. For a number of monuments you have to make a reservation via amsterdam.nl/openmonumentendag. Please wear your face mask during your visit.
