So the more I look into it, the less likely we're ever going to get QBBY.

BYE BYE BOX BOY, had an amiibo function in which QBBY unlocked a retro costume if you scanned him in.

Said function is not unlockable with the amiibo in the localised version and instead uses save files from the previous game BOXBOY and BOXBOXBOY to unlock it.

As such, there's absolutely no reason to release QBBY in Canada according to Nintendo logic... Even Famicon ROB had a separate function (ala Mario Maker) to justify it's release.

Wish I got one when it was 20$ but 50$ isn't going to break me completely.

I do hope I'm wrong, but with the price of QBBY climbing, I may as well bite it (it's not going to be up on official sources again but maybe the price will lower in the future when the next craze comes out, I'm not willing to gamble this chance unfortunately)
