Canada Goose rejected my return for an Expedition Parka I bought from their website. I bought the item and received Saturday September 28 Saturday and since it wasn’t the right size I returned it by Monday September 30. I was supposed to be notified about my refund status within 3 business days of return receipt as per an email I got from Canada Goose but it took them way more than that and upon multiple attempts to get an answer I was finally told after so many days that the jacket had clear signs of use which I don’t understand how and why because there’s no way I am wearing an expedition Parka at 80 degrees.
Is this a covered item by Amex purchase protection because the item is $2067 and the clothing protection is only $300 for returns. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
