Hey guys. It’s been two years with Amex platinum and I just realized that they have a very shitty reward points in comparison to the US. In Canada we get 2x at restaurants and when on travel ( 1 % of you buy the exp ticket on Amex travel site) vs in the US where it’s 5x on travel and many other benefits.
Wondering if you guys have found any better alternative including complaining and talking to retention, getting the US card while living in Canada or just moving to another better card.
