They seriously need to do a ‘historical season’

They haven’t gone further back than the 50s (outside of small flashbacks) for the entire run of the show. One of my favourite parts of Roanoke was the flashbacks relating to what happened to the colony, and the dialogue/outfits were really great for mixing the season up.
We need more of this! A season in the 1700-1850 range.
