Other than teaching or IT, what other jobs can people look into getting into to move abroad?

I know these two (or equivalents to them) or often mentioned, but no one think of oversaturation of these sectors. Any other ideas that people can use?

Nursing maybe? LPNs? RNs? MA's? Pharmacy techs, etc?

Law? Do other countries need lawyers or paralegals or law receptionists or law secretaries? Maybe court reporters?

I feel like a lot of people feel discouraged because the same jobs are being suggested and not everyone can do them or is cut out for them.
