ITX cards cooling/fan upgrades

So I've got an OEM RX 5300 that works pretty nice for my particular setup albeit the fan noise when gaming - it's not a particularly obnoxious fan experience but it can rev up high and be of an annoyance. It's an ITX card though it's not a super mini design but rather like a chunky dual slot reference design.

Obviously the fan is as proprietary as they come, it's a 100mm design with the blades extending 95mm, set up with the classic 3 screws to the block itself.

I bought two Noctua A9X14's and a pwm cable adapter to tie up the two fans to one cable and connect this thing to the gpu board itself. Do I just zip tie the whole contraption and be done with it or is there something to gain if replace the radiator block altogether with something aftermarket. Open to any suggestions, thanks!
