Mac Pro Killing Part Hunt, need 12 RAM slot motherboard for Threadripper

Trying to build a workstation that can beat out that Mac Pro. The plan was to use twin Quadro GV100s yoked together with the Threadripper 3790X. And ECC or not what are my options for 128 GB RAM in one slot.
Edit 1: it has come to my attention that the memory standard that The Threadripper uses isn't compatible with the 128 GB RAM. Disregard that last statement. Please add what parts you think would help build a rig that crushes the model that uses the 2 Vega II cards and everything else maxed out. Also which board has the most UDIMM slots?
