R7 370 OC 4GB Crashing/Freezing?

Hey, guys. I bought this PC from a friend, and it was running real well until I get home with it, as about a week later the card started freezing when booting games or opening Chrome. It's a roll of the dice, basically. I have uninstalled and reinstalled all Adrenalin drivers from December to March, but still nothing. Any way I can fix this as the card has just gone out of warranty.
