Does she know she is going to die soon?

Like in all reality, is does she not realize she won’t survive past 35? It’s hard to believe she is so delusional and can’t come to the reality her heart or something in her body is gonna give out and she will die. I wish she would read this but our GORL is too far gone it seems. Do you think she will realize before it’s too late?
