Why do most people not plan to transition to wf?

I’m not interested in building a career cause I got my own business in the works.

This Amazon job has been great with the part time flexible nature until it’s become impossible to get shifts and now it’s just an added stressor.

Transitioning to Whole Foods would guarantee consistent work right? And at the same pay you have now.

AND you get up to 30% discount which when used with the value pack products should result in significant saving which means a lot on our pay rate.

I don’t understand how it’ll be any worse at wf than it is now.
