This job has ruined 6:15 p.m. for me forever

The one nice thing about this all coming to an end is the end of the 6:15 p.m. frustration. Night after night, I have a plan for the shifts I want, and then I end up grabbing whatever I can get, if I can get any. I have loved the flexibility but Iām starting to think an assigned schedule might be preferable if it resulted in actual work hours.
